The couple's lavish six-bedroom residence in the Arte condominium, Surfside, recently sold for $17 million.
Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner are welcoming a new landlord as their luxury rental at the Arte condominium in Surfside, Miami, recently sold for $17 million. The couple, who moved into the nearly 7,000-square-foot, two-story unit in January 2021, have been residing there while they await the completion of their new home on Miami's exclusive Indian Creek Island.
The Arte condominium, where the unit is located, is a prestigious 16-unit building designed by renowned Italian architect Antonio Citterio. The building offers a range of high-end amenities, including direct beach access, a spa, an indoor pool, a fitness center, and private terraces with stunning ocean views. The unit itself features six bedrooms, two gourmet kitchens, and wraparound terraces, embodying the epitome of beachfront luxury.
The buyer, who remains unnamed but is reportedly a family from New York, purchased the unit as a second home. Despite the sale, Ivanka and Jared are expected to continue residing there until their new waterfront mansion is ready. The transaction marks the last developer-owned unit in the Arte building, which has seen significant interest due to its exclusivity and prime location
