Following a decade of success in Manhattan, Ohad Fisherman leaped the pandemic to enter the South Florida Market. These large transactions were accented by the presence of his 3-lb dog, Miko, Ohad’s constant companion and “lucky charm”. Miko was no stranger to deal-closing: having smoothed the way for several celebrity buyers to move from Brooklyn to Manhattan pre-pandemic. Following the Arte accolades, Ohad (with Miko in tow) continued to expand his high-profile clientele.

Ohad’s rapid career growth, built on a personable approach centered on relationships, was learned as a child growing up in a family of iconic Israeli restauranteurs. Ohad called on this heritage and his human-to-human business approach when launching his luxury hummus brand, Hummus Joonam, in New York City in 2013. With momentous success, his hummus quickly became a celebrity favorite and retailed at the top food distributors in NYC.
